Modern dental care is remarkable. Today’s dental patients benefit from advanced technology but, despite advancements in dental care, millions of people still experience tooth loss due to injury, gum disease, or decay.
All-on-4® is an excellent solution for patients who have lost all of their upper or lower teeth and need a full set of fixed dentures.
All-on-4® · Replacing a full set of teeth (full dental arch) with four implants and a dental implant-supported bridge.
An implant is like a titanium tooth root that is surgically implanted into the jawbone replacing the natural root-part of a missing tooth.
All-on-4® is a tested and proven approach that replaces your teeth following tooth loss. The technique involves the placement of four dental implants in precise locations of your jaw to support a set of new, permanent teeth. Your ability to chew and your appearance will be fully restored.
Conventional dentures will inevitably cause bone loss that will damage your appearance.
All-on-4® implants prevent bone loss by integrating into the jaw bone, allowing normal chewing pressure to maintain the health of the gums and jaw bone.
Your Tooth Replacement Solution - How All-on-4® Is Done
1. Eligibility Consultation
During your initial no-risk consultation your health status and jawbone vitality will be evaluated to decide your eligibility for the revolutionary All-on-4® procedure.
Your oral exam will include a 3D CT-scan of your jaw that will be used to generate three-dimensional images of your teeth, soft tissues, nerve pathways, and bone. The highly accurate 3D radiographic images will support your diagnosis, planning, and treatment.
If your eligibility is confirmed a custom treatment plan and sequence will be formulated. The fee will be determined and the financial information will be reviewed. We propose an “all inclusive” fee. No hidden charges.
2. Sedation and Implant Placement
Your comfort is a priority, we provide sedation for a comfortable anxiety-free procedure.
Any failing teeth that remain will be extracted and then you will be prepared for implants to be placed. Two straight implants in the front and two implants tilted up to 45º in the back of your jaw.
At the close of the procedure patients meeting criteria for immediate loading of the implants will receive a fixed provisional bridge. In other words, if you meet the requirements, you will leave with teeth.
3. Post-surgical Care
After a few days, you return for the permanent denture.
The typical All-on-4® choice is an acrylic denture built around a titanium framework.
